So, I had a small cake business for a few years. I specialised in Custom Cakes, predominately for kids – mainly Christenings, Birthdays & Communions.
It might be interesting for you guys to see some of my work. So here’s a peak at some of the Birthday Cakes. These are cakes that I made for my own kids, which were labour’s of love. No time frame, no working out how much to charge or worrying if the client would like it. Sheer joy as a cake maker.
I actually need to track down some of my son’s cakes. I only have two here, but obviously made him one every year! I will be honest though and say I really loved doing the girly cakes. Way more fun than football and boyish ones….
