While I made a lot of cakes during my time as a cake decorator, I also made a whole lot of cupcakes. If I’m honest, I enjoyed doing the cupcakes more than the cakes, especially the custom design ones.
Here’s a snapshot of some of the creations, which I was particulary proud of. Doing fiddly cupcake toppers takes ages, I always managed to underestimate how long they would take……
