
Ok, I’m rehashing a recipe I’ve blogged about before but with an Easter spin. Decorate the Vanilla traybake with sprinkles and egg sweets (I used mini eggs and golden eggs) for a super easy dessert on Easter Sunday that goes a long way.

Be generous with the eggs, I like to ensure that there is one egg on each square. Everyone always wants a piece with an egg on it!

Hi Cake Mum,
I’ve got a crowd of 24 coming for teatime and I want to use a slightly bigger roasting pan: 13 x 11 x 3 inches. I would be grateful to know how I would adapt your recipe.

Hi, I’d scale up by 1/4 (or even 1/2 and use any excess batter for cupcakes). I’d say 1/4 would be fine – so one extra egg… enjoy
